If you are interested in performing at our "Heard the Bells Christmas Concert 2025" please send in your submission using the form below. All submissions are due November 9th, 2025 @ 11:59 PM and must meet the stated requirements. Performance slots are limited and only selected submissions will be invited to perform live at the Waconia Middle School Auditorium on Sunday, December 7th. All submissions will be notified by November 14th.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

 1) Form must be submitted with all required information.

2) Song must be Christmas themed (i.e. traditional carol, original, etc.).

3) Performance must be under 5 minutes in length.

4) Performance must be appropriate for all ages.

5) If performance rights are required for your track or if your performance requires a background track, you are responsible to obtain all the appropriate licensing. If you are using a background track you must send the track to our technician as an mp3 or wav file.

6) Submission video must be unedited and include you performing your entire selected song as you would perform it live (i.e. phone video is perfect).

7) Upload your video as an "unlisted" or "public" video on YouTube and include your video link on your Submission Form.

8) All submissions must be received by November 9th, 2025 @ 11:59 PM.
